8. Stags & Hens

Please read and understand our Terms & Conditions to ensure that you are clear on the behaviour that is required before you book with us. We want to make sure that everyone has a great weekend and that Killary is the right place for your group.

It is very important that everyone in your group is aware of these Terms & Conditions prior to confirming their booking.

Payments

A 50% deposit per person is required to make your booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable. Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Non-arrivals will be charged in full.

A damage/disturbance deposit of €50 per person is required prior to arrival. This will be pre-authorised on one credit card. In the event of damage being caused to any Killary Adventure Company property, and/or refunds given to other guests as a result of disturbances caused by any member of your group, you will be notified immediately when an amount has been deducted from the credit card pre-authorisations given by you or group member.

Alcohol

We understand that alcohol may be part of your celebrations but unfortunately it cannot be part of your activity programme. No alcohol is allowed during the day at any of our activities. If you have booked an afternoon activity session, no alcohol is allowed at lunchtime.

All members of your group must be sober on arrival and check-in at Killary Adventure Centre.

Safety & group behaviour

All participants must adhere to any safety requests made by the instructors on an activity session. Any failure to comply will result in the person being asked to leave the session or the session being stopped completely. We reserve the right to remove any individual from all activities if their behaviour is deemed unsafe. There will be no refund if this occurs.

We expect you to respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum, in particular when returning late from the nightclub or pub.

Any abusive behaviour to staff, guests or visitors, either verbal or physical, will be held as a serious offense and shall be treated as such and the Gardai will be called.

Smoking policy

Killary Adventure Centre is a no smoking building. Please do not smoke anywhere in the building.

Personal property

We recommend that you do not bring any valuables with you. You are responsible for keeping your own possessions safe. You must make sure to take all your possessions with you on departure. Killary Adventure Company is not liable for the loss or damage to personal property left in common areas of Killary Adventure Centre, parking areas or any other areas of our site.

We are not responsible for lost property and unfortunately cannot return items left behind.
Anything left behind will be recycled, donated to local charities, or disposed of on the day of departure.
