Payment 

In order to secure your reservation, we require payment by the date provided in your confirmation documents. This is normally 50% of the total bill for groups of 10 or more, or 100% for daily activities.

Availability

All activities are subject to availability, are weather dependent and may not be scheduled every day. If we have to cancel your requested activity, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.

Cancellation

Once payment has been received, there will be no refunds for cancellations. For group bookings, non-arrivals will be charged in full.

We reserve the right to cancel or vary any booking where this becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of any cancellation by us, any payment will be refunded, or an alternative date offered. 

Choice of activities

We recommend that you request your preferred choice of activities on booking. If you do not choose activities, we will automatically allocate activities based on our daily programme. Our Easter and Summer Camps have a fixed programme of activities and cannot accommodate requests for specific activities.

Safety & behaviour

All participants must adhere to any safety requests made by the instructors on an activity session. Any failure to comply will result in the person being asked to leave the session or the session being stopped completely. We reserve the right to remove any participant from all activities if their behaviour is deemed unsafe.

Activities disclaimer

Since the rough terrain and physical nature of our activities does incur a risk of injury, you should be aware that participation in all activities is entirely at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any injury, loss or damage howsoever arising whether caused by your actions or the actions of others. All participants are recommended to have adequate personal accident insurance in place for all such activities/pursuits. You will be asked to sign a waiver form before taking part in our activities.
