These rules are to ensure you have a safe environment in which to enjoy your stay with us.

Choice of activities

We recommend that you request your preferred choice of activities within 2 weeks of the time of reservation. If you do not choose activities, we will automatically allocate activities based on our daily programme.

Safety & behaviour

All participants must adhere to any safety requests made by the instructors on an activity session. Any failure to comply will result in the person being asked to leave the session or the session being stopped completely. We reserve the right to remove any individual from all activities if their behaviour is deemed unsafe. There will be no refund if this occurs.

Alcohol

No alcohol is allowed during the day at any of our activities. If you have booked an afternoon activity session, no alcohol is allowed at lunchtime.

Smoking policy

There is no smoking allowed in any of our buildings.

Personal property

We recommend that you do not bring any valuables with you. You are responsible for keeping your own possessions safe. You must make sure to take all your possessions with you on departure. 

We are not responsible for lost property and unfortunately cannot return items left behind.  
Anything left behind will be recycled, donated to local charities, or disposed of on the day of departure.
