6. Families
These rules are to ensure your family has a safe environment in which to enjoy your stay with us.
Choice of activities
Our Family Activity Programmes are usually scheduled so that you will do activities together as a family. If individual family members would like to take part in a specific activity, we can sometimes cater for those choices by combining with other groups and families. Availability is not guaranteed however, and we can only confirm availability 10-days prior to the activity date.
Choice of accommodation
Families are accommodated in private 4 and 6-bed en-suite dorm rooms. If requested, we will try and put adults into a double room and children into dorm rooms, but this is not always possible.
Safety & behaviour
All adults and children must adhere to any safety requests made by the instructors on an activity session. Any failure to comply will result in the person being asked to leave the session or the session being stopped completely. We reserve the right to remove any adult or child from all activities if their behaviour is deemed unsafe. There will be no refund if this occurs.
Parents are responsible for their children at all times within our buildings and elsewhere on our site. Children are not allowed off the premises unless supervised by a parent or instructor.
Personal property
We recommend that you do not bring valuables with you. You are responsible for keeping your own possessions safe. You must make sure to take all your possessions with you on departure.
We are not responsible for lost property and unfortunately cannot return items left behind.
Anything left behind will be recycled, donated to local charities, or disposed of on the day of departure.
