Personal property
You are responsible for keeping your own possessions safe. Killary Adventure Company is not liable for the theft, loss or damage to personal property left anywhere on our site or buildings. All valuable items should be left at home and all vehicles should be locked and secured. Use of the car park is entirely at your own risk and Killary Adventure Company and staff accept no responsibility for theft, loss or damage howsoever arising to vehicles, persons or property whilst on the premises.
Safety & guest behaviour
Safety is paramount to everything that we do. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, staff and visitors, you agree to the following:
- To listen and adhere to any safety requests from our staff members. We reserve the right to remove any participant who does not agree to a safety request, from activities and/or accommodation. There will be no refund if this occurs.
- To abstain from any alcoholic drinks before or during any adventure activities.
- Not to have or use any illegal drugs anywhere on our premises and grounds.
- To respect other guests and keep the noise to a minimum. We are located in a peaceful, rural area. Please make sure not cause disturbance of any kind to the local area and those living in it.
Any abusive behaviour to staff, guests or visitors, either verbal or physical, will be held as a serious offense and shall be treated as such and the Gardai will be called.
Damage
Any damage to our property must be paid for. We understand that small breakages and accidents can happen, but we do ask that you let us know so that we can replace them. Please be aware that there are CCTV cameras in the Killary Adventure Centre building.
Lost property
We do not operate a lost property system. Please ensure that you take all your belongings with you when you leave. Anything left behind will be recycled, donated to local charities, or disposed of on the day of departure.
