Payments

For online accommodation bookings we require full payment upon booking to secure your reservation. For group bookings of 10+, we require a 50% deposit of the total bill to secure the reservation.

Cancellations

Once payment has been received, there will be no refunds for cancellations. For group bookings, non-arrivals will be charged in full.

We reserve the right to cancel or vary any booking where this becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of any cancellation by us, any payment made will be refunded, or an alternative date offered.

Choice of accommodation

Please be aware that due to the nature of this hostel-type accommodation, Killary Adventure Centre may have a variety of different groups staying at any one time. This could be a school/youth group, adult group (including stag and hen groups) or a couple here for B&B. We ask all guests to be respectful of each other and to keep noise to a minimum at night.

If you book a bed or beds in a dorm room, you may be sharing this dorm room with other customers. If you would like a private dorm room, please call our office and we will try to accommodate you if we have availability.

Catering

Killary Adventure Centre is a fully catered centre, there are no self-catering facilities available.

Smoking policy

There is no smoking allowed in any of our buildings.
