The Killary Lodge has a self-catering base rate per night
for up to 20 guests as outlined below.
Extra guests over this number are charged at €30pppn.
Minimum stay requirement:
- 2 night minimum stay outside of below
- June/September & bank holiday weekends - 3 nights minimum stay
- High season July/August 2025: 6 Night minimum
- Easter, Christmas & New Year - 4 night minimum stay
Please note: 1 night stays are not possible at any time of year.
Payment Schedule:
- Booking Deposit due on booking:
- 2-4 night booking: 1 nights base rate due
- 5+ night booking: 30% of total due
- Balance Payment: Due 8 weeks out from arrival
- Please not that all payments are non-refundable
PLEASE NOTE:
- Maximum sleeping capacity is 36 people
- Check-in time is 17:00, check-out time is 10:00
- The Lodge can only be rented by guests over the age of 25

Security Deposit: A €2,000 security deposit applies to all bookings. It is pre-authorised on a credit card and is returned 48 hours after departure subject to no damage or extra cleaning required.
Cleaning fee: Every booking at the Killary Lodge incurs a one-off post stay cleaning fee of €550.
Dog charge: €100 per dog
