The versatile, light-filled meeting room with large windows showcasing the stunning Connemara landscape has a flexible, open layout that can be tailored to your needs. This room opens out onto the outdoor space on both sides. It can be set up as a studio, meeting room or theatre layout with a projector and screen.

There are flexible breakout spaces and quiet corners for contemplation and focus throughout the building, ideal for fostering creativity, collaboration and reflection.

Step outside to the spacious garden with mountain and sea views. A covered BBQ and seating area, outdoor dining area and two fire pits are perfect for evening gatherings.

"Amazing experience at Killary Lodge with a work team training session. Easily fit 30 people, and the conference room was a good size with plenty of breakout spaces around the building and in the grounds. The firepit was a big hit in the evening, and the location was spectacular for anyone who loves to explore the countryside. The food was some of the best food I've had at a work event ever - the onsite catering option was perfect. Far better food than I've had at conferences hosted in hotels. The conference room is fantastic with the latest tech. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, delph, glasses etc. and had absolutely everything we needed for preparing food. The rooms are stunning as is all the decor - really comfy beds, loads of towels and amenities. The staff are fantastic and so helpful. This place would be great for personal as well as work use. Killary Lodge corporate retreats are designed for a maximum of 27 delegates, ensuring comfortable room configurations, appropriate meeting layouts and sufficient breakout space for productive sessions. If required, additional accommodation may be available within the on-site hostel or the nearby hotel in Leenane, allowing larger teams to attend while maintaining the retreat programme within the lodge.

3) Is the venue exclusively hired for corporate groups?

Yes. All corporate bookings operate on an exclusive hire basis, ensuring privacy for your team throughout your retreat.

4) What meeting and presentation facilities are available?

The lodge includes flexible meeting space suitable for presentations and workshops. Facilities include:

The lodge is located on the southern shores of Killary Harbour, approximately 5km from Leenane, Co. Galway, along the Wild Atlantic Way. Approximate drive times:

Westport: 40 minutes
Knock Airport: 1.5 hours
Dublin Airport: 3.5 hours
Shannon Airport: 2.5 hours

12) What is required to secure a corporate retreat booking?

A booking deposit is required to confirm your dates, with the remaining balance due prior to arrival. A security deposit is pre-authorised in line with booking terms.
