Our activities run in 3-hour sessions. You book and pay for a session, not individual activities. Full Activity Days have two sessions running from 10am to 1pm AND 2pm to 5pm. Half Activity Days have one session which runs from 10am to 1pm OR 2pm to 5pm. A session will have either one activity which takes up the full 3 hours session or 2 shorter activities of 1.5 hours each.

Most of our activities and packages are available to book online. Due to the bespoke nature of some activities and packages, you will need to contact us to book.

All Activity only bookings must be paid in full when you book. For Activity & Accommodation packages, a 30% booking deposit is due when booking, with the full balance due two weeks in advance of arrival. All payments are non-refundable unless we have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen events. Where a deposit is required, bookings are not confirmed until we have recieved the deposit and dates can be offered to other groups.

If we have to cancel your requested activity due to adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen events, we will offer you an alternative activity, a reschedule, or a full refund.

Digital vouchers can be used when booking online, each voucher has a unique code with can be entered at the checkout. You can use a gift card as many times as required until the balance is €0.00. If you have a credit note or old Killary voucher, please contact us to schedule your activity. Booking is essential and all activities are subject to availability.
