Availability

All activities are subject to availability, are weather dependent and may not be scheduled every day. If we have to cancel your requested activity, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.

Payment

For Activity Day bookings you will be asked for full payment on booking. This is a non-refundable payment. For groups of 10 or more a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total will be requested on booking, and the full balance a week in advance of arrival.

For all-inclusive Adventure Package bookings, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit on booking and the full balance two weeks in advance of arrival.
