What's involved

Teams will battle through our purpose-built course, climbing over, under and through, swinging off and sliding down obstacles in their path, taking on the energy-sapping Connemara bog and the pure waters of Killary Fjord as they go. Teams will need to beat the clock and their rivals, to be crowed Killary’s Fittest Team.

This action-packed programme is inspired by RTE's successful production of Irelands' Fittest Family. Our Turf Challenge obstacle course has featured many times on the TV programme.
