Our social sauna sessions are available Friday - Sunday from 16:00 - 19:00
Set against this stunning backdrop, this sauna & wild swimming experience allows you to fully relax into your Connemara escape.
Relax on the two-tiered seating, take in the tranquil beauty of the fjord and let the peaceful surroundings melt away any tension. Located on the shores of the fjord allows you to experience a cooling dip in the Atlantic waters surrounded by nature and even an Otter or 2!
Sauna sessions are 45mins long. These are shared sauna sessions so there will be up to 6 people in each sauna session.
If you would like to book a private sauna, simply find a timeslot with 6 spaces available and book them all.
You should arrive at the Otter Hostel to check in 15 mins before your start time changed and ready to go. We recommend 3 x 10-15 min sessions in the sauna, each one followed by a refreshing dip in the sea!
