Kayaking Experience

Meet your instructor at the Killary Adventure Water Site where you will be kitted out with all necessary gear. You will be introduced to basic kayaking skills and set up on your own sit-on-top kayak before heading out onto sheltered waters on Killary Fjord, surrounded by rugged cliffs and mountains.

This fun session involves splashing around, playing games and learning basic kayaking skills - most importantly how to get back on your kayak. Sit-on-top kayaks are not enclosed, so if you tip over you will automatically fall off! This session is ideal for younger groups or first-time kayakers. At the end of your session, a hot shower awaits at the activity site base.
