Guided Sea Kayaking on Killary Fjord

Meet your instructor at the Killary Adventure Water Site where you will be kitted out with all necessary gear. This will include a cag and spray deck to keep you dry. After a short briefing you will set out in double sea kayaks with one of our experienced guides. Paddling along the fjord, you will travel further from the activity site and experience the fjord from a unique perspective. Your guide will lead the journey at a steady pace, pointing out local wildlife, sharing stories of the area and making sure everyone enjoys the experience. This session is less about learning basic skills and more about exploring the fjord itself. It is a true adventure on the water and a fantastic way to experience the wild beauty of Connemara.

For this activity you will need to be in good physical health as you will be on the water and off-site for over two hours. This session is ideal for Adults and older teenagers, couples and small groups, really anyone looking for a guided kayaking experience on the fjord!
