Meet your instructor at the Killary Adventure Activity Site and get kitted out in all the necessary gear. Each stand-up paddle board (SUP) can hold 8 to 10 people, depending on your age and group size. Your instructor will teach you how to manoeuvre the SUP as a group and you will paddle out to deeper water.
Once you have got your rhythm, the games and races begin. How much time you spend on the board or in the water depends on your team skills! At the end of your session, a hot shower awaits at the activity site base.
