So rolling into 2016 we are looking into our 35th year in business here in Killary.  Its been a tough slog at times but we still retain an enthusiasms for the outdoors and the wonderful location where we live and work.  This year so far we have to look forward to the gala dinner and presentation of the awards in March.

Myself I have signed up for a 100km running race through the Alps at the start of August with the brother in law, have to start training for this now.  Other than this there are a few other plans in the pipeline to celebrate my 30th and Killary's 35th year in existence.   We have launched two new events on the racing side of the business. The Night Rider sportif which is on the night of the full moon on the 23rd of April this year.  100km or 60km through the wilds of Connemara under lights and with just the stars for company.  It is the first of its kind in Ireland and we hope to get a few people out to enjoy the event.  We are also launching the Connemara triathlon which  we are running in September.

We are also rebuilding our Sky Frames and upgrading it with the addition of new activities which we hope to have ready for use on the 2nd March. Here is a couple of sneak peak pictures of what is coming.  Plus  a video of the build in progress

Unfortunately the snow on the hills is gone but last March it came back with a vengeance so heres hoping we get a good dump this year.
