Fintan Ryan has over 20 years experience in designing and facilitating training and development courses. He is one of the most experienced facilitators of experiential programmes in Ireland having worked with teams and individuals since 1989. He has a wealth of experience in delivering developmental courses on a wide range of subjects to different audiences and therefore makes every learning experience relevant to the work environment. His style of delivery is challenging, inspirational and results focused.
A qualified Life/Business Coach he coaches both Individuals and teams from Junior to Executive level in a wide variety of organisations.
He also facilitates a number of training programmes for the University of Limerick Centre for Project Management, Smurfit Business School, UCD and the MBA programme with Sligo IT. He has also worked as an associate trainer with both the IMI and IBEC - designing and delivering a wide variety of programmes including a diploma in management programme in-house as well as an open programme for IBEC and the Small Firms Association.
As the Project Manager for the IBEC- IBTS Quantum Leap transformational developmental initiative he designed the programme with the client in 2007. Since then he has worked with over 30 teams throughout the organisation.
In March 2009 he was a guest speaker at the Project Management Annual Seminar hosted by Engineers Ireland, Project Management Ireland and Centre for Project Management- delivering a seminar entitled “Leadership – The human dimension of project management”.
He is also currently working with an organisation in designing and delivering tailor designed training and development programmes aligning them with the qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management. He has a special interest in developing and facilitating team programmes for sports teams and has worked with the Munster and Leinster Senior Rugby teams (in Killary), FAI coaching team, inter-county football and hurling teams and club teams
